We recommend booking at least 2-6 months in advance. however, we do accept last minute events based on our availability. 

Yes, we offer comprehensive event coordination services to handle all aspects of your event from start to finish. At VP Events we also offer  partial planning and day of coordination options. 

Yes, we have established relationships with a variety of vendors and can help you select the best options for your event. This includes local photographers, caterers, DJs, florists, and more. We can also work with your preferred vendors if that's what you choose.
